Unplug the black cap of the valve (do not use too much force to the transparent part around of the balloon, in case it tearing). With one electric pump(140 W) to inflate balloon about 2 minutes (3 ft balloon), 4 minutes (5 ft balloon), close the black nozzle after inflate balloon up, use pump fill balloon again full before you close the transparent nozzle (sometimes balloon will be some air leaking during you close black nozzle) then completely seal the whole air valve (valve can be press in to be the same plane with balloon, you'll get a more beautiful half hot air balloon).
